Things to keep in mind
- This is a free service.
- Info-Excavation is a non-profit organization.
- Not all underground network owners are members of Info-Excavation. Please consult our membership list.
- You must submit your request at least three (3) business days before your work start date.
- Requests are processed within three (3) business days of their reception or in function of the work start date during busy periods (April to June and August to October).
- Once received, your request will be valid for 30 business days. If you haven’t done the work by then, you must contact us again to reactivate your request.
- If you start the work before hearing from our member companies and you damage a cable, you will be held legally responsible and could be sued.
